My entry for ~JakAndDaxterClub's cosplay contest: Human Daxter and Tess as Mouse and the Woman in the Red Dress a.k.a Scarlett from The Matrix.
Although Dax looked incredibly cute in cassock and had great moves, I still think he as a character had alot more in common with Mouse. Both are comedic reliefs and... well...perverts, who despite not looking like George Clooney still, through some special circumstances, got their dream girlfriends: Daxter fell into dark eco and became one of the cutest little gamesidekicks ever designed - and, when his first love interest already set her sights on Jak, he travelled some hundred years into the future and found a new girl who loved animals and later was transformed into an ottsel herself. Mouse was an absolutely adorable character, but he may not have had much of a chance to get a realworld girl of Scarlett's calibre - so instead he created a computer program looking like his dream woman. Whatever software he used, I want it too.

Though, the dividing factor is still the way they look at their respective girlfriends: Daxter claims himself to protect Tess from any unwelcome life form within the range of a hundred yards (though in the end, it seems to be Tess who protects him), while Mouse is aware of that his opus magnum still is nothing but a well-written computer program, and seems quite happy to ' pimp' her to other people, perhaps for admiration. Poor girl.

Ahwell, an unecessarily long explanation. The colours are alot better in RL, but I've got to live with these ones. Used ~QueenSimia's awesome Precursor Alpha- font for the background, no credits to me for that one. Not even for the thought of using it- it was Moe who reminded me about it's existence.
