Felt like drawing Julie (from The MAXX, for those of you unfamiliar with the character) and ended up drawing her the way I first saw her, daydreaming in front of the mirror. I like her personality, simply because she's a normal girl- or as normal as anything touching the MAXX-universe can be=D

Oh, WOW, thank you so much! :glomp: Gosh, where can I start?

This is just how I imagined Julie to look if she were drawn more realistically. ^_^ And her face! Even though I can't see her eyes, I can clearly see the discontentment. *pats Julie* Don't worry hon, there's always the dream world. ^_^ And what a beautifully coloured dreamworld it is! It's a nice contrast to the stark, black and white reality she's gotta face. Well, at least she's still got beautiful hair. You've made it look so bouncy and full of volume! =D

Y'know, of all the words I've heard used to describe Julie, "normal" wasn't a common one. But I guess you're right. In the twisted world of The MAXX, she actually fits quite nicely in the norm. ;P

Thanks again, buddy! I absolutely love it to pieces! And what makes me love it even more is that it's a character from The MAXX! It's just so... so gosh-darn thoughtful. *sniff*

By normal I was thinking of physical appearance and her daydreams in front of the mirror, since I kinda recognize the situation =D Luckily man was made with an imaginative mind, how would one survive without those square centimetres of pure fantasy inside the skull?=)

Yup- I'm a Narcissist too, almost to the point where I'm truly overestimating myself=D But it'd be difficult to not have any self-confidence whatsoever, easier to have it this way.
